Plop..... oooops?
So there we were yesterday, carrying on as we normally do (light office banter) when one of our accounts ladies came running through with her calculator! It was some-what dripping. She had knocked a glass of water on her desk over, and the majority of the glass' contents had landed in & on the calculator ( Murphy's Law). The initial response was to try & dry it out with a hair dryer, and lots of shaking and blowing, while this would help, the hot air can cause damage to sensitive electrical components, I suggested they open it up (they unplugged it first to bring it through, but disconnect the batteries if there any), and then thoroughly cover it in our RESOLVE ALLPURPOSE spray.
